Recent ActivityHello! My name is Mrs. Chandler. This is the beginning of my 17th year teaching kindergarten. I taught in Sumter and Myrtle Beach for 3 years each and this is my 10th year here at Springdale. I can honestly say that this is the best school that I have ever taught in!! I love my students and the families who support us. When I am not teaching I enjoy going to the beach and hanging out with my family and friends!! I have been married to Thomas Chandler for 15 years. We have two beautiful children: Reid who is a 7th grader at Lexington Elementary and Riley who will be 7 on September 8th. My family LOVES Clemson football and thinks the perfect day is a crisp, fall day in "Death Valley" surrounded by a sea of orange!!
This year in our class we have 23 students which is made up of 13 boys and 10 girls. Our students, who are very smart and sweet, enjoy socializing with their friends They absolutely love playing on our playground which is right outside our back door. I am very excited about this year ... I know it is going to be great!!
My assistant, Christi Corley, is a huge asset to our classroom. We work very well together to ensure that your child succeeds in all areas of learning!!
We will post our newsletters bi-weekly and any other important information on this webpage, so please check back as often as you can. We will also post some pictures of us playing with our new friends soon. They will be in the "Kindergarten News" section below.
